Because the two worst moments in a small business — growing faster than your bank account and covering a gap you did not see coming — are both solved by the same thing, and almost nobody explains it honestly.

What we are

Goldspur Capital is an independent small-business funding marketplace based in St. George, Utah, serving businesses nationwide. We are not a bank and not a lender. We take one application, shop it across a network of lending partners through ROK Financial, and put the offers in front of you with the total cost stated in dollars.

How we are paid, stated plainly

Business owners never pay us. We are compensated by the lender when a transaction funds. That creates one obvious conflict of interest — some products pay more than others — so here is our answer to it: we tell you the cheaper product even when it earns us less. If a line of credit beats the cash advance you called about, we will say so, and our own guide shows you the arithmetic to check us with.

What we will not do

• We will not stack a second advance on top of an existing one to make a commission.
• We will not quote you a rate without the total dollar cost beside it.
• We will not tell you a decline means your business is unfundable. It usually means one line of your file missed one lender's box.
• We will not charge you an upfront fee. Nobody legitimate does.

Who runs Goldspur Capital

Goldspur Capital was founded by Andrew Smart, an operator based in St. George, Utah. He spent two decades building companies, lost them twice, and rebuilt with systems — which means he has personally signed for the most expensive money in the room and knows exactly what it costs on the other side. He is also the founder of the marketing firm Rooster AI Agents and Chief Marketing Officer of The Bridge Health Recovery Center.

Where the numbers on this site come from

Every amount, term, credit minimum, time-in-business floor and revenue requirement published here is taken from our lending partners' own program guidelines as of September 2026, and is labelled as a floor rather than an offer. When we do not know something, we say so instead of estimating.
